To celebrate the event we’ll be hosting «DESERT» an artwork of high aesthetic value made by Dimitris Skalkotos one of the most distinguished Greek sculptors. Dimitris was awarded with the First Prize in Sculpture in Dubai in 2008.

The sculpture was made using Aliveri Bluegrey, Vanilla Whitish and Mykalissos Gold from our quarries in Evia island.

An open interpretation without boundaries / Creating Desert

An open interpretation of a breathing desert as it becomes a human body. Two Figures are playning “hide and seek” underneath the desert. They attempt to reveal themselves. They will succeed only if their body’s outline will confront the beauty and the complexites created by the desert itself. Or life itself.
